Sharpened Lyon & Wall Hand Saw - 24", 11 ppi, Crosscut

Sharpened vintage hand saw with and etch that saws Lyon & Wall. New London, CT. This was probably a hardware store. The saw was likely made by Harvey Peace who made saws with this style handle. It has the metal reinforcement piece that is stamped July 8, 1883. There is some pitting on the blade around the nib area. There is a chip that has been glued back in on the upper handle. Otherwise the handle is in beautiful condition.
