Sharpened Spear & Jackson backsaw with patented non-break handle. Brass back. Good etch. The blade isn't perfectly straight, but very close. Depth of cut is 2 1/2". I filed this rip so it could be used as a dovetail saw.
A previous owner drilled an extra hole in the handle and back and inserted a pin or bolt. They probably did this to remove movement between the handle and the blade. I fixed it properly by adjusting the spine.
