Zapart Saw Filer

This a Zapart Saw Filer. It is very uncommon to find these. This is essentially a jig that holds the file at the correct angle when sharpening a saw. This one is very rusty and would need to be refurbished if it were to be used. I'm not sure how you would attached a saw to it to sharpen. It's possible that it's missing parts, but it looks complete compared to the few others I have seen online.
