Richardson Bros. Hyde's Improved Mitre Box Saw

The metal on this saw is too hard to file. It was eating up my files as I tried to joint and sharpened it. Therefore it's not going to be a user, but it's still a beautiful saw. Richardson Bros. miter saws aren't very common. It has "Extra" stamped approved "Richardson" on the spine. The etch says, "Hyde's Improved Miter Box". I couldn't find much information on this besides the patent document. The etch also says, "Made expressly for Nichols, Bellamy & Co. Hardware & Mechanics Tools 37 Washington St. Boston Mass."
